William J. North, Jr., 70, of Coventry and formerly of Cranston, passed away on Friday, May 17, 2024. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Flynn) North. Born in Bethesda, Maryland, he was the son of the late William J. North, Sr. and Clair G. (Gill) North.

William was an IT Technician and was employed by Siemens and formerly by Fleet Bank. He served with honor in the US Army and enjoyed playing the guitar and was a member of several musical groups.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his loving children, William R. North, Sarah L. North, his cherished grandchildren Liam and Owen, his siblings John North (Marge), Ann Cooley (Kevin), and Francine North-Yorko (Peter).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at THE URQUHART-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 800 Greenwich Avenue,
Warwick. Interment will be private.
